Dear Mr Sharp,
You have a good story to tell your buyers. I recommend that you tell it on your web site.
I had some scary problems with my first attempt at obtaining a Taser C2. And the problem is that the three guys who are running that web site out of their closets on a part time basis had a web page as good as yours. To compound the problem, everywhere one looks for many of the security products, all the vendors use the same high quality images and the identical text, provided by the manufacturers.
Part of what spooked me about my transaction with your company was the absence of a physical address and a contact phone number. I did not notice this until things seemed to unravel. Then there was nothing really to distinguish your company from the one I dealt with first, which seems to have virtually no inventory of its own. That is based on communication I received from them. They admitted they messed up and made profuse apologies. Unfortunately my funds were tangled up in PayPal just the same for a week.
In our case Tasers are not simply nice things to have because of the vicissitudes of regular daily life. My son was named the same as my father and me, and he is a veteran K-9 cop. My name must be in the phone book because I am a clergyman. My wife is in education management at a prison and accumulates threats regularly. And yes, we have concealed weapons permits, but many places we find ourselves that is no option.
So while we have the larger Tasers, the C2 is a godsend. I have this one for my wife now. I will buy one for my daughter next, and then one for me. So it is important for me to deal with a reliable company, as this represents a major expenditure for me. I am glad to know you are one. I suggest you tell everyone what you have told me.
God bless,
John
