We Got Security can`t be held responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in catalogs, price lists or on our web site. Due to digital limitations, colors on internet images may appear different than the real product color.
Shipping:
We Got Security will ship all orders within 72 Hours of normal business days which are Monday- Friday. However, should situations result in delays or non-delivery, we will not be held responsible.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of We Got Security.
Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended guarantee below.
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return the product in the original condition that it came in. Return the product in its original carton within 5 days for exchange.
We Got Security must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced.
We are not responsible for accidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Returns:
We or Taser must be notified within 5 business days of any defective items.
We only accept returns on un opened items, all open items will not be accepted for return or refund. Damaged or defective items will be replaced only.
TASER items will not be refunded all sales are final on all taser items. Any defective item must be sent to TASER directly for replacement. You can call 1.800.978.2737 for any Taser product returns.
All returns must have prior approval. Upon approval you will be given an RMA code. You can use that code to track your return. All returns will be given as new merchandise,. IF we issue you a refund it will be minus all shipping charges and there is a 15% restocking fee.
